Scam site. I took a bonus, wagered it. Had 900€ to withdraw. Withdrawals blocked by operator. Do have any active document/verification requests. I chatted with them, got a list of documents they need and emailed them. Stopped responding. Only chat responds, and they just "make a ticket to the backend team" or something like that and nothing happens. Been waiting for 2 months+. My situation is actually progressing and finally I have had updates on my document requests. I do not mind submitting more documents, as requested if it is not just full radio silence. I will also update my comment to fully reflect my situation.
